Each rate applies only to the clients within its tier. Your first 500 clients are always $0.40, the next 1,000 are $0.35, and so on. Adding clients never raises the rate on the ones you already have, and your total never goes down when you grow.

Rates are progressive. Each one applies only to the clients inside its range, the same way tax brackets work.

Example: 2,447 active clients come to 500 at $0.40, 1,000 at $0.35 and 947 at $0.30, which is $834.10, plus the $199.00 base, for $1,033.10 a month.
How billing works.
- Based on your peak month. Your monthly cost is based on the highest number of active clients during the billing month. Leads, inactive clients, and canceled accounts are not charged. As your business grows, additional clients qualify for lower volume rates.
- Cancellations count going forward. When a client cancels, it lowers future monthly peaks. It does not change the peak already reached in a billing month.
- Every team member is included. Add office staff, dispatchers, managers, and field technicians without purchasing additional user licenses.
- Normal platform usage is included. Exceptional infrastructure requirements or unusually high resource consumption may require a separately discussed adjustment, with approval before additional charges.
- Phone service runs on your own carrier account. Business lines and texting use a carrier account in your company's name, and the carrier bills you directly for calling and texting.

Do you charge per user or per seat?+
No. Every team member is included: office staff, dispatchers, managers, and field technicians. Your bill is the $199 platform base plus your active clients at GlideScale rates.
What counts as an active client?+
A client you are actively servicing. Leads, inactive clients, and canceled accounts are not charged, so you can keep your whole list in the system.
Do lower rates apply to all my clients once I reach a new tier?+
No. Each rate applies only to the clients within its tier. Your first 500 clients stay at $0.40 and the clients above each threshold get the lower rate. That is why your total never goes down as you grow.
Do clients with more than one property cost more?+
No. There is no separate charge for additional service addresses.
Can I move my data from my current software?+
Yes. We migrate from RealGreen, CSV exports, and most systems, and can bring in history for reference. Migration is scoped on your demo.
